Beer : « L'Abbaye » has transformed beer drinking into a ritual of hospitality.
Since 1240, in a quarter of Dinant, a small Belgian town of Wallonie located in the Meuse valley, the Premonstratensian monks have elaborated a beer recipe from natural products which they brew with passion. In 1952, they encounter the family of Lootvoet, brewers of Overijse. This is where the « Beer Leffe » was born which today compliments a considerable number of culinary occasions ! |
